ASEAN Records is proud to officially recognise Si Yuan Funeral Services for achieving:
First Funeral Service Provider with a Proprietary Mascot Pair Accompanying the Coffin Throughout the Wake and Presented to the Family as a Memorial Keepsake
(launched in October 2026)
This recognition celebrates Si Yuan Funeral Services’ introduction of a proprietary memorial mascot pair designed to accompany the coffin throughout the funeral wake before being presented to the bereaved family as a keepsake, reflecting its commitment to creating meaningful and compassionate farewell experiences.
Introducing a Meaningful Memorial Mascot Pair
Launched in October 2026, Si Yuan Funeral Services introduced a distinctive funeral service concept featuring a proprietary mascot pair that remains alongside the coffin throughout the wake.
The mascots serve as symbolic companions during the farewell ceremony, representing care, remembrance and the emotional connection between families and their departed loved ones.
Following the wake, the mascot pair is presented to the bereaved family as a memorial keepsake, allowing them to retain a meaningful reminder of the farewell and the memories shared with their loved one.
Bringing Comfort and Personal Meaning to Farewell Ceremonies
Funeral ceremonies provide families with an opportunity to honour their loved ones, express remembrance and come together during a significant moment of loss.
Through its memorial mascot concept, Si Yuan introduces a thoughtful element into traditional funeral arrangements, combining symbolic companionship with a lasting commemorative keepsake.
The initiative reflects the company’s approach to making farewell ceremonies more personal while maintaining the dignity, respect and cultural sensitivity associated with funeral traditions.
