The company was incorporated on 21 October 2025 and officially launched on 22 October 2025 during the ASEAN Records Gala Night.

ASIA Records operates as an independent legal entity, with its own corporate identity, trademark registrations and official website.

ASEAN Records Sdn Bhd and ASIA Records Sdn Bhd were established by the same founding leadership.
