ASEAN Records is proud to officially recognise Persatuan Pandu Puteri Malaysia (PPPM), organiser of JADE CAMP PPPM 2026, for achieving a significant regional milestone as the:
Largest Girl Guide Camp at a Stadium Alongside the World’s Second-Tallest Building in Celebration of the 110-Year Anniversary of Girl Guiding
(2,031 participants and 521 tents from 24–26 April 2026 at Stadium Merdeka, alongside Merdeka 118, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).
This recognition highlights an extraordinary gathering that reflects unity, leadership development, and the enduring spirit of Girl Guiding across Malaysia and the ASEAN region.
A Historic Gathering of Unity and Leadership
Held at the iconic Stadium Merdeka, with the world’s second-tallest building Merdeka 118 as its backdrop, JADE CAMP PPPM 2026 brought together 2,031 participants from across the country.

Spanning multiple age groups—from young members to experienced leaders—the camp served as a powerful platform for connection, growth, and shared purpose.
With 521 tents set up within a stadium environment, the event created a unique and symbolic setting that blends heritage, scale, and aspiration.

Empowering the Next Generation

Beyond its scale, the camp emphasised leadership development, discipline, and teamwork through a wide range of structured activities.
Participants engaged in programmes designed to strengthen character, foster resilience, and build meaningful connections—reinforcing PPPM’s long-standing mission to nurture capable and confident young women.
This milestone reflects more than a large gathering—it represents over a century of commitment to empowering girls and women through leadership and community engagement.

A Milestone Moment of Acknowledgement
The ASEAN Records certificate was officially presented on 26 April 2026 at Stadium Merdeka, marking the formal recognition of this record achievement.

The recognition was received on stage by Datuk Yeoh Soo Keng, Chief Commissioner of PPPM, together with Datuk Izwan Hasli Mohd Ibrahim, Chief Executive Officer of PNB Merdeka Ventures, representing the collaboration behind this milestone.
Voices of Leadership

“This milestone reflects the unity and continuous leadership that have shaped the Girl Guides movement in Malaysia for over a century.
It is not only a celebration of our 110-year journey, but also a reminder of the importance of staying connected to our heritage while building a strong and sustainable future for the next generation.”
Datuk Izwan Hasli Mohd Ibrahim, Chief Executive Officer of PNB Merdeka Ventures, added:

“Jade Camp is not merely a camping event—it is a holistic platform that shapes leadership, discipline, and identity among young participants.
