As a panel speaker of the MALAYSIA SME Sportrepreneur Congress 2026, Raj Gurung took part in a unique business session delivered at Low’s Peak, 4,095 metres above sea level on Mount Kinabalu.
The experience challenged the traditional format of business conferences by combining entrepreneurship, leadership, physical endurance, and personal growth in one of Southeast Asia’s most iconic natural settings.
Through his participation, Raj brought a distinctive perspective shaped by both business and adventure—showing how determination, discipline, and resilience can influence success in both professional and personal pursuits.
From Global Business to the World’s Highest Peaks
Mr. Raj Gurung is the Managing Partner of Superclub International Ltd Hong Kong, as well as a businessman and passionate computer technology enthusiast with a deep appreciation for nature and exploration.
An experienced hiker, climber, and camper, he has successfully summitted Mount Everest, the world’s highest peak, as well as Mount Elbrus, Europe’s highest summit. His climbing journey also includes challenging ascents of Ama Dablam, Lobuche, Island Peak, and Yalung Ri.
With an ambition to complete all Seven Summits, Raj continues to live by a strong belief in determination and the mindset that nothing is impossible.

The ASEAN Records certificate was officially presented on 3 August 2026 at Bar 109, Hong Kong, marking the formal recognition of Mr. Raj Gurung’s achievement.
