The NeckPro Basinov Multi-Ergo Cervical Pillow was developed as a full-size ergonomic pillow designed to support users across three distinct applications: sleeping, seated back support and desktop resting.
Its basin-shaped contour is designed to follow the natural curves of the head, neck and upper body while supporting alignment and pressure distribution.
Measuring 69 cm × 42 cm × 13 cm, the single moulded form is designed for both back and side sleepers while also adapting for lumbar support during prolonged sitting and for short rest periods at a desk.
The product was assessed for these three ergonomic applications by a professional chiropractic body, forming the basis of its ASEAN Records recognition.
Combining Cervical Support with Cooling Comfort
NeckPro Basinov incorporates Moira-Foam™ within a medium-firm construction designed to provide consistent structural support.
The pillow also features Sanitized® Moira-Foam™, which is positioned to provide protection against dust mites, bacteria and fungus for a cleaner sleep surface.
IIts Extreme Cool 6X Fabric Technology incorporates imported cooling fabric from Turkey and is designed to deliver a cooler-to-touch sensation while helping regulate heat during rest.
Together, these features are intended to support neck, shoulder and back comfort while reducing pressure and improving the overall resting experience.

ASEAN Records recognition was officially presented on 28 September 2026 at NeckPro Experience Store, USJ Taipan.
The recognition was received on stage by Koo Ye Fei, Director of Carest Bedding Sdn Bhd, representing the team behind the development and production of the NeckPro Basinov Multi-Ergo Cervical Pillow.
The presentation was witnessed by Wong Yi Kai, President of ACM.
