As of September 2026, HeyStay Management operated 83 kids-themed and play-equipped short-stay units within its portfolio of 353 managed properties across Melaka, Kuala Lumpur and Genting Highlands.
These units feature recreational facilities such as slides, ball pits, arcade machines, pool tables and mini-playgrounds, bringing entertainment and accommodation together within a single stay.
By incorporating play-focused amenities into its managed properties, HeyStay Management offers families an alternative to conventional short-term accommodation, allowing children and parents to enjoy shared recreational experiences during their holidays.
Expanding Short-Term Rental Management Across Three Destinations
Since beginning operations in 2019, HeyStay Management has developed its short-term rental management business from its initial presence in Melaka and Kuala Lumpur.
Its portfolio has since expanded to include Genting Highlands, reaching 353 managed units across the three destinations as of September 2026.

The official ASEAN Records certificate was presented on 20 October 2026 at Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown, during the ASEAN Records Gala Night 2026.
The recognition was received on stage by Kim Tan, Founder of HeyStay Management, representing HeyStay Management’s leadership and operational team behind the development and management of its family-oriented short-stay accommodation portfolio.
