The prestigious recognition ceremony was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Yang Berhormat Senator Profesor Emeritus Datuk Seri Dr. Awang Sariyan, H.E. Aung Soe Win, Ambassador of Myanmar, and Yang Amat Mulia Tunku Zain Al-‘Abidin ibni Tuanku Muhriz.
During the event, WCO Holdings Sdn. Bhd., founded by Mr. Foo Loke Kee, was honored with the ASEAN Record title: “ASEAN’s First Cultural Gallery Showcasing 3,388 Handcrafted Dioramas and Unique Art Pieces to Preserve Heritage and Promote Cultural Harmony.”
This accolade underscores WCO’s unwavering commitment to curating an unparalleled collection of handcrafted cultural miniatures that vividly depict the diverse heritage of ASEAN nations.
Strategic Partnership Between ASEAN Records and WCO
Following the award presentation, ASEAN Records and WCO solidified their collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This significant partnership aims to enhance awareness, appreciation, and preservation of ASEAN cultures. The MOU signing was witnessed by YB Senator Datuk Seri Dr. Awang Sariyan and Yang Amat Mulia Tunku Zain Al-‘Abidin ibni Tuanku Muhriz.



Inauguration of the ASEAN Cultural Miniature Gallery
The ceremony culminated in the unveiling of the ASEAN Cultural Miniature Gallery, a pioneering initiative jointly established by ASEAN Records and WCO.
