The new flagship centre represents the organisation’s first dedicated hair wellness centre outside its established clinical hair transplant services at ALPS Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur, marking an important expansion into specialised non-invasive hair and scalp treatments.
Ipoh was selected following significant demand and enquiries from existing and prospective clients in the region. According to Dr. Mohamed Asraf, the new centre serves as the first step in the company’s long-term expansion strategy, with plans to establish additional centres across Malaysia in the future.
The event included the official opening ceremony, a tour of the treatment facilities, and an introduction to the centre’s personalised hair wellness services and the newly launched Hair Assurance Programme.
