ASEAN Records is proud to officially recognise Alliance Bank for achieving a meaningful sustainability milestone as the: First Consumer Bazaar Designed with Environmentally Friendly Principles Applied Uniformly Across All Functional Zones (2,988 sq ft bazaar installation with environmentally friendly design implemented consistently across all key functional zones).

This recognition highlights Alliance Bank’s leadership in embedding sustainability into real-world consumer engagement—demonstrating how environmentally responsible principles can be thoughtfully applied across every aspect of a public-facing event.

Embedding Sustainability Across the Entire Consumer Experience

Spanning 2,988 square feet, the consumer bazaar was intentionally designed with environmentally friendly principles applied uniformly across all functional zones, including exhibition areas, engagement spaces, activity zones, and transaction points.

Rather than treating sustainability as a standalone feature, the bazaar adopted a holistic design approach, ensuring that environmental considerations were consistently integrated throughout the entire layout and visitor journey. This reflects Alliance Bank’s belief that meaningful sustainability begins with everyday actions, where responsible choices are seamlessly incorporated into daily experiences.

The ASEAN Records recognition affirms Alliance Bank’s role in advancing eco-conscious design practices within consumer activations, setting a new benchmark for responsible engagement in the banking and financial services sector.

A Milestone Moment of Acknowledgement

The ASEAN Records certificate was officially presented on 16 January 2026 at IPC Shopping Centre.

The recognition was received on stage by Ms. Gan Pai Li, Group Chief Consumer Banking Officer of Alliance Bank, together with Chan Fong, initiator of Sayang Green, acknowledging the collaboration behind this meaningful ESG consumer bazaar held from 16–18 January 2026.

This moment reflected the collective effort of partners who contributed to delivering a consumer-facing event where environmentally friendly principles were applied consistently across design, engagement, and experience.
