This recognition marks a milestone achievement in the digital transformation of building maintenance management, setting a new benchmark for transparency, accountability, and data-driven operations within the ASEAN strata and property management industry.

Driving Systematic and Traceable Property Management Excellence

Since its implementation, Gather Building Management’s digitised maintenance and issue-tracking system has been deployed across 17 strata developments, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.

The system manages both preventive and corrective maintenance workflows, with every issue recorded through time stamps, responsibility assignment, progress tracking, closure verification, and historical data analysis. This enables a quantifiable, auditable, and sustainable approach to property maintenance operations.

With 35,647 issues recorded and 32,068 issues successfully closed, achieving an 87% closure rate, the system demonstrates strong operational discipline and effective coordination between management teams and stakeholders.

A Milestone Moment of Acknowledgement

The ASEAN Records certificate was officially presented on 18 December 2025 during the ASEAN Records 7th Gather of Achievers, held at Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

The recognition was received on stage by Ken Teo, Founder of Gather Building Management, together with the company team, acknowledging the collective effort behind the successful implementation of the digitised maintenance operations system.

Ken Teo shared that traditional building management has long depended on experience and manual judgement, while digitised systems transform “invisible problems” into trackable and analysable data assets.
