MARKETING EXECUTIVE
We are looking for creative and energetic individuals to support the growth and visibility of ASEAN Records.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Manage social media platforms and content
- Develop promotional materials and marketing ideas
- Support media and public relations activities
- Coordinate with clients, partners and record holders
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns
- Support ASEAN Records events and activations
- Explore new marketing and partnership opportunities
We Are Looking For
Candidates who are creative, proactive, confident in communication and interested in branding, digital marketing and regional business exposure.
OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Be part of the team responsible for coordinating ASEAN Records applications, verification processes and record presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate record applications and documentation
- Communicate with applicants and clients
- Assist with record verification arrangements
- Coordinate certificates, plaques and presentation requirements
- Maintain records and administrative documentation
- Support internal operational procedures
- Coordinate with marketing, event and adjudication teams
- Assist with on-site record presentations when required
We Are Looking For
Candidates who are organised, responsible, detail-oriented and comfortable communicating with clients and organisations.
EVENT EXECUTIVE
Join our events team and help us deliver memorable record presentations, ceremonies and regional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ASEAN Records events and record presentations
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, partners and clients
- Prepare event schedules and operational requirements
- Coordinate stage, presentation and certificate arrangements
- Support guest and VIP coordination
- Assist with event setup and on-site execution
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams
- Support regional events and special projects
