Malaysia Gifts Fair 2025 Sets ASEAN Records as the Largest Gifts and Premium Trade Fair in Southeast Asia

The 15th Malaysia Gifts Fair (MGF 2025) has been officially recognized by ASEAN Records as the Largest Gifts and Premium Trade Fair in ASEAN, celebrating a milestone achievement in the regional business gifting industry. Organised by the Malaysian Gifts & Premium Association (MGPA), the fair was hosted at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre with more than 300 booths spanning a total of 58,110 square feet, and featured 22 diverse categories of gifting solutions for corporate and promotional needs.

Held under the theme “Sustainable Innovation, Gifts for Tomorrow,” MGF 2025 welcomed over 16,000 visitors, showcasing more than 50,000 curated gift ideas across categories such as trophies, apparel, leather goods, eco-friendly items, printing, packaging, premium gifts, electronics, and more — reaffirming Malaysia’s status as the region’s creative and sustainable gifting hub.

The Opening Ceremony on 24 June 2025 was graced by esteemed guests and dignitaries. The event featured:

  • A special ASEAN Records Certificate Presentation Ceremony
  • Speeches by Mr. Alex Chai (Organising Chairman) and Mr. Ivan Loo (President of MGPA)
  • The launch of the ASEAN Gifts and Craft Federation (AGCF) and official MOU signing ceremony

This record recognition from ASEAN Records highlights the impactful role of MGF in setting industry standards and forging connections across ASEAN, further amplified by the event’s 15th Anniversary celebration this year.
