ASIA Records is a legally registered Malaysian entity (ASIA Records Sdn. Bhd.) and serves as the continental expansion of ASEAN Records, which has been officially acknowledged by the ASEAN Secretariat and supported by ASEAN ministries and regional tourism associations, including ASEANTA.
We are aware that another entity recently conducted an event under a similar name using www.theasiarecords.com on 16 October 2025. We wish to clarify that this entity is not affiliated, authorized, or recognized by ASIA Records Sdn. Bhd., ASEAN Records Sdn Bhd, or any of our official partners.
The domain www.asiarecords.com has been legally registered since 2013, and all intellectual property rights, branding, and official usage of the name ASIA Records belong exclusively to ASIA Records Sdn. Bhd.
